Nintendo's official Switch console deal gets you a Nintendo Switch, plus Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, for $299, effectively giving you the game for free. That's a good deal, but note that the Switch is the "V1" model, which has slightly shorter battery life than the newer "V2" model. It's otherwise identical. If you're playing mostly docked, this is the Best Switch bundle around.

Black Friday Switch Lite Deal: Get a Free Case

No one is offering a big discount on the new Switch Lite at the moment, but if you buy this bundle from Walmart, you'll get a free carrying case. We all need Nintendo Switch controllers, but paying the MSRP of $79.99 for Joy-Con has always struck me as a bit much. Thankfully, Black Friday finds Nintendo dropping prices on Switch controllers by 25%, bringing them down to a much more reasonable $59.99.

Joy-Cons have some great features, but they're not great when used as a traditional controller. That's where the Switch Pro Controller comes in. This isn't a huge sale, but the Switch Pro Controller is one of the greatest video game controllers every made, so it's worth it.

Target's Nintendo Switch Black Friday Deals

Target isn't holding back on its Black Friday sale this year. You'll be able to get some killer Nintendo Switch deals at the bullseye store. Take a look at the ad if you don't believe me.

While Nintendo's official Black Friday Switch bundle deal isn't anything to write home about (it's a carbon copy of last year's, including the "V1" Switch console with shorter battery life than the "V2" edition that came out this year. Thankfully, Walmart is picking up the slack and offering the newer Switch bundled with either Minecraft or Spyro Reignited Trilogy for the same price. And while no one has a great Switch Lite discount, you can get one bundled with a free case, which is better than nothing.

On the game front, Nintendo is doing what it's famous for and offering a relatively small discount on its first-party games and pretending like it's some phenomenal deal. Even so, Walmart (and Amazon, thanks to price matching) are offering titles like Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for $30, which is $10 cheaper than Nintendo would prefer.

If you need all the battery life you can get, this Walmart-exclusive deal is for you. It bundles the "V2" model of the Switch console with Spyro Reignited Trilogy, so you can party like it's 1998 (but with much better graphics).
